Does anybody listen to Walt

Apr 5, 2016, 11:41 AM

I have tried because it's local. But this guy has some serious insecurity issues. Just listening to the guy is embarrassing.

I doubt I've ever heard a more arrogant individual in my lifetime.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks Walt is a Pos. The guy really needs a good asss kicking.

No.... Did he call Walt out or something?

Only listened for 5 minutes and couldn't listen anymore to " Im so great " talk.

It's disgusting.

Lol, he was a UNC fan that said Walt backtracks on everything. Walt then proceeded to wager $5,000 grand on a Nova win. A small part of me wanted UNC to win just to hear Walt's excuses. I can imagine his arrogance will be at its peak today.

I listened for a few minutes yesterday and he said............

" You know, before the tournament I knew that Villanova was going to make a run and win it all but I was just not comfortable going on the air with it".

Sure dude..........whatever.

I think he missed his calling as a lawyer...

Walt is entertaining and knows his stuff about certain thing

Apr 5, 2016, 12:58 PM

however he is good at spinning things to make it seem like he is better than he is. He will never mention things he is wrong about again but will forever mention things he was right about.

Walt...

Apr 5, 2016, 1:13 PM

he one of those guys in high school that sat on the bench and got to play in mop up duty...then got a letter and wore that jacket until he was 21... I quite listening to him two years ago when he picked the Marlins to win the National League... they finished last I believe. He is awful, saw him once and he is a rolly polly punk. I listen to Mickey in the morning but no way I can take his show driving home. Would love to see them change to an afternoon show where Quack is...yeah I know that is not right but seemed to fit...and put Roy on for my drive home. Hope the rest of you find another station too...

he claims he used to be a very good basketball player***

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

if you shrug aside the arrogance he actually knows his stuff

Apr 5, 2016, 1:09 PM

....for the most part he knows a LOT about a LOT. His delivery isn't for everyone AND he has about 3-4 blind loyalty topics that tend to "cloud his judgement" to no end.....ie Paul Johnson & GT football......he's one of the few local or national that "called for" a good run for South carolina football back in 08/09 for a few years.............he also mentioned last year that he expected Clemson football to compete for a national title within the next 2-3 years....and we were a year early.

A lot of people hate him b/c at some point he's said something negative about their school, but in actuality he's just calling it like he sees it..........it's better than the homer talk don munson used to give on his radio show about 6ish years ago

but he's not for everybody

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Walt is a giant ##### and he doesn't know nearly as much

Apr 5, 2016, 1:24 PM

as he, or some of you, think. He is very good at fooling some people, because he researches a few subjects then focuses on them to make himself sound like an expert. It's his show and he controls the flow of conversation toward the appearance of his assumed knowledge. Sure he is "right" about a few things, but he is also wrong about a lot. But you'll never hear those brought up again. At least not by that buffoon.

I can't stand Walt, and if I hear him, I turn channels. He is such a "know it all." He has huge self-esteem issues.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Its part of his schtick

Apr 5, 2016, 4:39 PM

He does it to get a rise out of people. If you take it for what its worth its pretty entertaining.
