Same as Ross, Ngata, And a bit of Ladson being out.
Good, but changes things.

...I think folks forget how much those guys being out hurt us this year.

I thought the exact same thing. Short passes and passes to RB.

Lol. Dude I love our guys as much as the next but there isn’t a comparison. Waddle and Smith are head and shoulders better than any WR we got. Period.

Kinda like Ross, Ngata, and Ladson being out so much this year.

Smith and waddle can not compare to Ross. Ross has good speed and is an elite possession receiver. If you are throwing the jump ball who are you throwing to? Ross is the answer. Smith and waddle are like Swiss army knifes with their elite speed and quickness.

The post was about Smith and Waddle not being in the lineup. It has nothing to do with comparing Smith and/or Waddle to anyone on Clemson.
Alabama's offense without Smith and Waddle looks like Clemson's offense this year. That's all. There is some validity to that statement.

With the exception of Bama having the noticeably superior OL - yeah.

Throw out BAMA’s 1st string OL and bring in their 2nd and 3rd string. Then I’ll agree with you.

Well, they have a great OL

and even with Smith and Waddle out they still have weapons and a QB who can get the ball to them. The strong OL makes all the difference.
