We NEED our freshman to have this attitude.

It's so much easier when they come in on a mission than it is to have to wait on them to mature.

For example, imagine if Dwayne had take things seriously before his junior year...he would have been a first round pick, or if Bellamy had taken things seriously at all.

I applaud Blanks for his work ethic.
