but DW may be the Derrick Rose of College Football. Not a slight against him, just the way it is.

Nothing to do but go out and recruit some more QBs. Nick S is a nice kid but not a D1 QB. Wasn't very heavily recruited at Grayson, part of the Clark, Gallman, Kmendiche package. Will not be a difference maker here, only a role player at best.

Also, if we aren't going to have a running QB, have to have a big time RB which we also do not have. Gallman is a nice piece but not a $$$ back. Lots of holes in the OL as well.

You might be right, we'll have to wait and see what the MRI shows but I'm afraid it's an ACL. Many come back after surgery and don't suffer any other problems. It will be sad indeed if he's snake bit.
