Perhaps it's just econ 101. To max out profits units must be empty. That goes for any unit. If you're selling every ticket you can print then you're just not asking enough for tickets. It's the same with houses, apartments, motel room and any other finite number of units.

We go over this every home game. These are mostly student tickets Who prefer to sit on the hill instead of the upper corners

Gonna stay like that as long as they're still doing the lottery system. People lucking into lower deck are gonna stay and all the huge fans that get upper deck are going to figure out a way to get into lower.
