Update on the Amazon yard situation

A landscaper gave me an estimate of $950. Within 2 hours of telling Amazon Claims it would be $1000 without ANY backup information, they agreed to send me a check.
I assume I left alot on the table. Lessons learned.
Got me an extra $1k though. Gonna go halfsies on a Peloton I think. Maybe a timeshare situation for the bike.

Instead of spending a grand on a exercise bike and having a jacked up yard, why don't you go fix your yard... and think of it as exercise. and spend the $1000 on dentpullers.

You have to figure at least ~50% of people are going to act like lunatics over this. Their yard could have been a barren wasteland and they'd act like the driver destroyed their private golf course. Demanding $100k and nonsense like that. You were too easy to make go away.

One time they sent the wrong coffee. Called and they sent another 2 month's supply, and didn't ask for a return on the other coffee. $50 profit.
Bought the Blink2 cameras from Amazon, and they own Blink. Cameras had crappy signal reception. Called customer support and they sent me an extender for my wifi. $150 profit.

Long driveway, dark and rainy, backed into yard

I assume to turn around instead of backing out driveway (or turning in the spot where EVERYONE turns) and sunk into mud, tried over and over to get out and kept going farther and father down the hill in the yard. There is a small slope on the side of the driveway and he got down there and couldn't get out.
