Unrest In Cootville

Driving through Columbia/Sumter yesterday to meet up with old friends from CU who were visiting Lake Marion from MD. First time ever listened to, is it 107.5 "The Game"? My wife and I were laughing our butts off at the callers upset with Coach "Boom" and the very young Coot QB (who, I think, should still be in middle school). They want Boom canned and want to give somebody else … anybody else … a try at QB. Seems as though all hope is lost for this season, and if Mizzou comes into WB and wins, I can only imagine the full meltdown that will follow. Frankly, I heard earlier from some coot fans who actually thought that they might have been able to go 9-3 this year, and even make 10 wins if they got a good bowl match-up. Now … if they're talking at all, I'm hearing about 7-5 and maybe 8-5 if they can get up for a crummy bowl. It's a great time to be a Tiger!

Even after they lost to UGay some on FGF were posting scenarios where they might still make the playoffs.
