Why would you move it? Its the only location that has worked.

I could see Swofford moving it simply because it has worked.

And because it's the obvious place to have it

Should have been there from the beginning. Catering to FSU

Nov 18, 2011, 9:06 AM

and Miami by setting up its divisions around them and having the ACCCG in Florida was dumb Swoffie and ignored the rest of the league like no one else would make it.

Reading Swoffie talking to the media makes me wanna puke

Nov 18, 2011, 9:10 AM

"Stub your toe" with the NCAA. I think his alma mater did a little more than that. What a doucheb@g...

A Tiger man needs no introduction...

Charlotte's great because I grew up there but I really

Nov 18, 2011, 9:16 AM

had a blast in Tampa. Except for the outcome of the game.

Tampa was fun especially since my wife left me while i was there besides the outcome and paying for a lawyer it was one of the best weekends i have had

That's an awesome story...***

Clemson is your cash cow Swoffie, learn it, love it, live it

..

After 7 seasons they painful truth for Swoford:

Nov 18, 2011, 10:32 AM

Miami zero trips to the ACC-CG (and fans that don't travel)
FSU two trips to the ACC-CG.

The best the ACC can ever hope for is Clemson vs VT in Charlotte. FSU vs VT in Charlotte would be second.

The way it was originally set up for FSU and Miami was rather sickening. I'm thrilled it backfired.

Why not have it at one of the division winners home stadium, on a rotating basis? You for sure would have a sellout every year.

Keep the ACC CG in Charlotte until Pitt and Syracuse join. Then do a rotation of Charlotte, D.C., Charlotte, Baltimore, Charlotte, D.C.,, etc.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Swoffie knows we'll be there for the next few years at least

Nov 18, 2011, 11:35 AM

so might as well have a sell-out all of those years.

It'll be interesting to see how the game fares in Charlotte

Nov 18, 2011, 11:41 AM

if FSU and Miami actually play one another. I assume FSU will sell their share, but would it sell-out?

badge-donor-15yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Unless there is divisional realignment, that won't happen

Nov 18, 2011, 1:53 PM

I mean, Miami might make it one year, but FSU is gonna have a tough time getting past CLEMSON! ;)
