Microsoft Outlook help

how can I send a gif in an outlook email? Is it possible? If so, I haven't been able to figure it out. TIA

and not as an attachment. I want to know if there is a way that it will be in the email body and auto play when the email is opened.

from within the email, go to insert (up top), then picture (illustrations block in the ribbon).

That may work..unless your work has it blocked.

Unfortunately I think it requires someone to open the e-mail

as "view in browser", or for them to have installed kutools to their outlook.

I tried sending to my test acct internally but we strip .gifs from teh exchange side, so i couldn't even send it.
