Under 200 for the first time since college?

Been living that good clean life for a week and a half and have finally gotten back down below 200.

Not drinking is boring AF, but eating right and hitting the gym is kinda exciting.

Feels good to be getting healthier

Over the weekend between 3 beers I probably completed 2. It kinda made me wonder why I cracked any at all. Now I'm getting where I don't even want a beer.

And at this point, I have no idea what is left in life.

eating out bills have been drastically reduced. so that's a positive

my neighbors stopped inviting me to stuff since i am boring.

the 19th will be here before we know it and i can get tested again and hopefully go back to full blown moderation.

I guess my taste buds have completely adjusted to bland because ANY drink other than water just seems too sweet any more.

I do both. Hit the gym 5-6 days a week, usually drink at least 4 of those. ha ha! Even steven
