Huge game in the Coastal Division on Friday Night

2 of only 3 teams in the Coastal Division without multiple conference losses square off on Friday Night as the Pittsburgh Panthers, somehow 3-1 in the ACC despite being 4-4, travel down to Charlottesville to take on Virginia. Hoo, you might ask? Well don't be so Cavalier, UVA is #23/22, sits atop the Coastal, and controls its own destiny

I would also rather play a 10-2 UVA team than a 8-4 Pitt or VT

You know it is bad when UVA is in the driver's seat... and that the Coastal bus is on fire... driving off a cliff into a fireworks factory.
I would love a 4-4 all-coastal cluster but one of the UVA, Pitt, and VT team would finish 5-3 due to the schedule physics... unless there is a tie across all games, and that won't happen. At most we can hope for is a respectable 6-2 team that has a winning OOC against other Power5 teams... oops, wait, that is UVA again... dang, the bus has overturned too.

Sorry, I was looking at Duke's schedule, not UVA... Duke has the only Power 5 wins against marginal opponents.

they are very talented across the board but they are very well coached. The more I look at who plays who where, etc. down the stretch. I think we could end up playing a 7-5(5-3) GT team in the championship. That would suck!!

Even though we beat them soundly, I don’t want to play gt and risk the injuries that come from their taking out players knees and legs

Your imagery is hilarious. I think that factory exploded a few weeks back. But I would love to see Clemson vs the Disdainfuls. Might be the biggest ACCCG blowout of all time.
