give it serious consideration. If he takes it, would Ok State go after Chad? I would have to think he'd be pretty attractive to them, since he probably appears to them to be very similar to Gundy.

Chad will not be leaving. He is still growing in his current position and does not have the coaching network for an Ok. State job. In a couple of years maybe, if things go well for him. Chad is no dummy. No need to rush...1.3 million goes far in Clemson. He will make the prudent decision.
