USMNT Question

Are Yunus Musah and Gio Reyna now tied to the USMNT? I understand Musah could play for the English Team due to living in London for so long (fucking Arsenal) and Gio's got other options as well. I'm not that familiar with the rules for International Soccer allegiances.
