it to me. Regardless, it is the players responsibility to know where they need to get to.

The 10 ft tall marker stick wasn't visible. Their message boards are extremely entertaining at the moment. Lots of whining.

Dabo had a wizard cast a spell to make the marker invisible. Same guy he used last year to make it rain on only ND. Guy wasn't available for the NC game last year as he was already booked at a birthday party.

the excuse of the marker is crap. if he could've gotten another yard he would have.. it's not like he thought.. "ok, i've got the 1st down,... i think i'll just run out of bounds"
he got as far as he could and was forced out of bounds short of the 1st.. period.

I'm 100 per cent sure this receiver wasn't thinking touchdown when he made the catch and turned towards the end zone. No way!,,, Only the first down mattered and the defensive back had nothing to do with this. Wonder how the DB knew where the market was? Must be better coached!

Of all the stupid excuses... they just keep getting worse! I was in the upper level suites on the North side and knew he ws short. Truth told, he stepped out on the 4, and got a favorable spot on the 3...
To sum it up, Mark Edmonds wanted the play worse than the receiver... that's why he was sharp enough to come off his man and go make the tackle... otherwise, LOU scores and we're all frowning today.
Go Tigers!

Could we possibly have some more excuses?

Okay, so losing wasn't Louisville's fault. They "meant to win." So, let's give them a Participation Trophy, and a Whining Award.
Go Tigers!

No Excuse

So in watching the game and replay, THE ENTIRE CLEMSON FANBASE knew where the line to gain was on that last play. It was 4th down so if you, as a player, don't know exactly where you need to be to get the 1st down you deserve to lose.

what exactly is obstructing Quick's view of the strip?
All I hear when they ##### and make excuses is: Clemson WON.

Only two plausible excuses from that game

1. The first half clock debacle where we lost ten crucial seconds.
2. Mack Attack going down early in the game.

des catching passes out of the backfield would not have lowered their shoulder and tried to plow their way all the way into the endzone. Is quick already trying to save himself for the NFL draft? This is what the Louisville conspiracy theorists need to be asking.
