The Dawgs will make or break our 2013 season.I think starting the season out with a big game like this is a good thing,the tigers win and we will have lots of love in the polls from the get go.If we lose then the season is about ruined from the get.If we are to have that special year then the UGA game is a must win.

Not so! it's good to play an early season out of conference top 5 opponent early because you still have 11 games to climb back up in the polls. Early season losses to good teams don't wreck seasons.

If we lose that came we can claw our way back just like we did after the 2012 opener with FSU. The UCar game will be the toughest test at that point. And its a road game.

Yea we can lose the game and still have a good year but a loss and we are out of the picture for a championship mighty early.

If we are 12-1 and have won ACC, with our only loss being to a top 5 UGA team, we will be in the hunt, unless there are two undefeated BCS teams ahead of us.

A blowout to UGA would hurt our season. A close loss would not. A loss to a top team in the season opener is pretty easy to get over, especially if you cruise through the rest of the season. The games that will make or break our season are FSU, SCar, or any ACC game that we stumble in. A loss to UGA is essentially a mulligan

Sorry, posted too soon. As I was saying, a (close) loss to UGA is essentially a mulligan in terms of shaping the rest of the season. It'd be much easier to recover from than would a mid-season loss.

I grew out of believing every loss was a season ending tragety 25 years ago.
That's so "SECish."
That being said, the leg humpers will have a tougher row to hoe than my Tigers.
