You’ll see conferences going back to a more regional

Footprint once schools have the ability to produce and sell their own sports content. Clemson and every member of the ACC has spent millions building and equipping their own production studios.

This isn’t the first time school have aligned into mega conferences and it didn’t last then and this one will not last. Before Clemson was in the ACC they were in the southern conference with Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, and most of the current SEC and ACC members. The super conference format will die once the college football playoffs expand to 8 or 16 teams, the mega conferences were created for football. UConn will not be the last school looking to get back to playing traditional rivals and traveling 900 to 1500 miles for a conference game, West Virginia will not be far behind UConn.

This is a move for UCONN's other programs (aka Basketball) and most of the realignment was for football.

UCONN football is and always was an afterthought and Randy Edsall is trying to kill it for good.

Funny, no one want to play UCONN in the American, especially UCF, even though it was a guaranteed win.

If a tree falls in the woods and no one hears it fall did it really make a sound?
