So who do y'all think would have won

The big dance this year. A perennial power house or a team like Dayton or San Diego st. This was setting up to be a great couple weeks of basketball. Shame now all we can do is wonder.

So simple isn't.

Surprised so few see the obvious.

If we didn’t face Yale or GT or VT or any similar teams and only played...

Top 10 competition throughout the tourney...

Clemson would be the CLEAR CUT winner!

Would've been truly wide open this year and probably

a lot of fun to watch. With the most dominant team being Kansas and knowing their history of choking early in tournaments, combined with all of the mid-majors at the top, it really could have been anyone.

The top 7 in the last AP poll was Kansas, Gonzaga, Dayton, FSU, Baylor, San Diego St, and Creighton. Are you confident betting the farm on any of those teams? Me either. Maybe this would be the rare year Self doesn't choke or maybe it would've been the year Few finally got his title, but if you told me either or both of those teams lost in the Sweet 16 i wouldn't blink.

8-11 in that poll was Kentucky, Michigan St, Duke, and Villanova. How many titles and FF appearances are there among that group of coaches? You could probably bet on at least one of them to make a deep run to at least the FF.

I'm sad we aren't getting to see it play out.

I’m sad I can’t fill out a few brackets to see them all bust within the first week.

Yeah, it’s a shame. I feel for the competitors more than anyone else.

It definitely wouldn't have been who the Florida Senate declared.

I'm considering whether to print blank brackets from random years, fill them out, wait a week or so and then check them.
