Meaning that a Batson workout isn't anywhere close to an NFL workout. Also, if players respected a coach they would call him "Coach _____"

Just because he said "Joey B doe lol" doesn't mean they don't respect him. Many players have close relationships with S&C coaches and won't call they "Coach Batson." You're way over analyzing the tweet.

If they didn't respect Coach B they wouldn't be "up and at it," they be draggin de az!
Obviously you should reevaluate your opinion on what they take seriously and try not to politicize a kid's tweet.

I agree. I read it as "Joey Batson, though, hahahaha." It is the "Doe" or "though" that makes me believe the OP is correct. He seems to be saying it like even though he has to get up and do an early workout, it isn't that bad.
It would reads about the same as "Joey B = Wii Fit Sports."
