He is definitely a future star. But, he's had an injury and we really have to avoid trying to play him too early. We are a bit thin at RB, don't really have a game breaker. Zac Cooper (or whatever his name is)---top player out of Arkansas---is stll playing at his HS weight of 180, at 6'2". Obviously he's never found his way to the weight room, and is a non-factor at RB. So let's hope that "Hot Rod", can put on another 10-15 pounds of muscle, and become a virtual "fireplug." Maybe Gallman can help us, but a lot to ask of a freshman. Is there a stud that can convert to RB? Help me out here.

You mean Zac Brooks? He is a true freshman. He will get bigger. Give him some time.

You didn't answer my question. Dye is coming of an injury. We have a bad habit of players too soon after a serious injury---Tony Stewart. So, what's the solution? Is there a talented player that we have that could be shifted to running back?

We don't need to. A broken ankle is nowhere near a torn ACL. It sucks but he has already gone on record as saying he is 100% and by next fall he will be fine. We don't need anymore guys at running back but worst case scenario we give the ball to Sammy a few more times on the edge (just don't run him up the middle) or we could give Dorian O'Daniel some carries because he was a very good RB in high school.
