God have mercy. USC students have been so supportive during the tragic loss of a Clemson student, even some of their student athletes wearing orange, all Clemson fans need to pray for all affected by this.

Cooper Beach is probably 98% college students, very nice furnished town home style apartments. Not a sketchy place at all.

The city and university have been trying to gentrify the area around the cockroach by subsidizing private student housing developments for a while now. I would not let my kids live down there. 5 points is not much better though. No idea if it is relevant to this incident. My prayers go out to the families.

That's terrible. Hope they catch the culprit as soon as possible, and hopefully nothing like this happens again anytime soon.

It's being reported that it a suspected murder suicide since the police are not looking for any suspects. A tragic incident indeed.
