that a provision of the settlement prohibited the parties from talking to the media or the public about the case.

They should be able to talk about it - disgraceful at the fraternity and university level. No doubt a blatant cover-up by the Sig-Eps that witnessed and in large part caused Tucker's death. A black mark on our school and student life - hopefully to never be repeated.

If the hips agreed to a deal they need to Honore the deal. . If that means hush hush, then so be it.

This has nothing to do with the university. Clemson is not responsible for what 17000 kids do off campus.

This has nothing to do with sig eps. The people who hazed , didn't report are responsible.

Hold the people responsible for their actions.

get fired all of the time for things that happened underneath them whether they were directly involved or not. The fraternity and the university both share some responsibility, even if it's only a small percentage.
