this story a few days ago?
It's unbelievable. Take the paper away that's in front of him and you'd probably just get a blank smile and a poopy diaper. All the "uh's" are a stall tactic to look down and keep track with the notes. This is a guy who has orated for 50 years, struggling to string two sentences together.

hmm, never seen a black outer glow before, but I have never used that overtly racist paint software program.
