Top 3 DTs in Clemson History in order (IMO)

1. Fridge (say no more)

2. Grady Jarrett (most won't agree because he didn't get all the accolades, but he was the key cog in the #1 Defense in 2014 and I doubt Dabo and the current coach of the Falcons won't disagree)

3. Chester McGlockton (maybe the strongest Tiger ever)

Apologies to R. Bodine, V. Hammond, B. Buckner, C. Wilkins, Trevor Pryce, Michael Dean Perry, and potentially Big Dex.

Fridge was a nose guard and not a true DT, so eliminate him from your list.

Here are my 3 and I'm not including our current DT's

1. Michael Dean Perry
2. Trevor Pryce
3. Jim Stuckey

A 0-T is still a DT...

0-T, 1-T, and 3-T are all considered DTs while 4-T, 5-T, 6-T, 7-T, and 9-T are DEs.

Any top-3 Clemson DT list has to include Jeff Bryant

Picked #6 in the first round by Seattle.

I believe he’s the highest DT draft pick we’ve ever had.

I agree. Both Perry brothers were absolute monsters. So they are in top 3. Chester was a beast who also played a lot of seasons on Sunday. We have a couple now who may prove to be right up there.
