Anybody else think the reason we played so crappy on Saturday was players didn't take NC State seriously? They were looking at an easy win and then a week off and did not properly prepare.

Looked to me like their heads were already off to the bye week.

The fumbles were more fate and too much effort for diminishing returns than lackadaisical performances.

Our O looked fine. Our D only gave up 10 points but did not look as intense as usual I will say. I will take 10 points given up all day though. Our O should have had the game in control

they got pushed around more than they should have. I know the turnovers didn't help but the pass rush was non existent, and tackling was pretty bad at times. Hope they were just tired

so goes most everyone else...including the team.

My impression the week prior was most believed the game would be a cakewalk for us, resulting in a lack of focus. You could see it here on TNet, and I witnessed the same from friends in my area.

Hence, why I believe it important to take one game at a time, treating every opponent as an Alabama...and go for the jugular.
