I don't think anyone will ever be charged. too many loose ends, no cameras pointed on the rock, no eye witnesses, and if they in fact do have the pieces of chipped rock, you know they are gone by now, especially after pics of the truck. I still don't understand also why they waited for 2 weeks to release facts to the public. just because a truck was in the area is no lock it was them. just my opinion.

Anybody remember the TV show "48 hours"? A large percentage of crimes that are not solved within 48 hours are never solved. Add in the fact that it is almost impossible to use fingerprints or DNA from an item that is publicly displayed and you have a recipe for failure.

I say keep the jail time. Let's turn em loose before tiger walk on Aug 31st and let em run the gauntlet. Iffn they make it to the west zone they can go free.
