Looks like a future hall of fame coach to me. That may be a bold statement but the numbers dont lie. We may all be upset about the loss to SC but I love dabo and for anyone to want another coach is border line retarded. What i love about him is that he understands he doesnt know all the x's and o's like most other coaches do, which is why he offers to take less money on his contract to hire some of the best coordinators in college football. Please tell me another coach who has done that. Keep up the good work Dabo! Go tigers!

Someone who thinks we should play better?

Someone who thinks we have the talent to beat SC? WVU? FSU? UGA (next Fall)?
I'm not a Dabo hater, but I get where the haters are coming from. When this team falls down, it fall all the way down too often. It's one thing to go down kicking. It's another to essentially fall down and never get back up. Last year's bowl and the past two SC games come to mind.

Thanks Kathleen, for all the stats, records, and research. By the way, what is that sign on Dabo's desk? "The least important thing is the halftime score of a football game?" Is that why he or his staff doesn't believe in halftme adjustments? Just wondering?

Look at the coaches you were comparing him to: mark richt, steve spurrier, and even jimbo fisher. Jimbo has been been under Bowden's wing for some time now, which is a legit reason why he is a good coach. Dabo has only been HC super 4 years. Idk how many of ya'll would have the success as dabo has had in the last 4 years if U were head coach.....just saying

Dabos record is inflated due to the competition we are playing. Look at the w-l of the teams he is beating and the w- l of the teams he's lost to. He's lost 4 in a row to the Coors and if he goes 5 in a row then he needs to be gone

I would stop talking out of my ### if I were you...what was the competition like for those other coaches? Any idea? Chances are you don't know. Wins are wins. Winning 10 games back to back even against weaker conference teams means that the head coach did something right to get the program in position to be better than those other "weak" teams. Dabo could easily be Tom Obrien, Paul Johnson, Frank Spaziani, Jim Grobe, etc. But he is not. He has out recruited those mofos, hired a top notch coaching staff, and is positioning clemson with the big boys.
Just a few short years ago our goals were to find a way to win 10 games, win an ACC title, and finish the season ranked. It had been over 20 years since these things happened.
Now those goals don't matter, achieving those targets is unacceptable to Clemson's fan base. We are now comparing Clemson to the top 10 programs and what we need to do to get there and what we need to do to win a national title.
That is significant progress, and that is what Dabo has done, and he should get all the credit for that.
Maybe Dabo's biggest problem is an unrealistic fan base. We are one Lane Kiffin away from 3-9. The grass is not always greener.
