Sc fans are idiots. We have a proven DC that can coach, SC relied on the defensive talent they once had. Clemson will drop off on defense but I can guarantee that we will not be ranked 10th in defense while Venables is here. With a healthy Watson we could of put up 60 on Carolina and OK.

OF COURSE THERE WILL BE A DROPOFF OF SOME SORTS NEXT YEAR. WE LOSE A LOT OF GREAT PLAYERS. DIFFERENCE IS WE HAVE SOME FINE REPLACEMENTS FOR THOSE GUYS. AND WE DONT HAVE WHAMMY COACHING THEM. WHERE OUR D MAY NOT BE QUITE AS GOOD OUR O IS GOING TO BE OFF THE CHAIN. PRETTY FAIR TRADEOFF, HUH COOTS.
