I'll bet the players are loving it.

Gators jumping for food. Coconuts carved into monkey heads. Dolphins, porpoises and whales jumping way out of the water and splashing everyone. Cape Canaveral. St. Augustine. Daytona. It's cool. Good food. Great times.

I went to Florida on spring break in 1972. I went for the Gatorbowl a couple of times in the 70s. I've been to bowls in Florida since then many times, but nothing quite beats that first college-aged trip to Florida.

I hope our guys have a great time and create a lifetime of memories.
