Tiger Paws in Doug Kingsmore

In the outfield of Doug Kingsmore stadium there are two (2) Tiger Paws. In one toe of both paws there is a white dot, in one of the other toes there are two white dots, in the other toe is three white dots and in the pad are four white dots. Anyone know what these signify?

The paw is an actual cast of a tigers paw. That's where the cut in the pad came from. It was a scar
