Tickets Question

Maybe a dumb question..

When you are on the clemsontigers.com site looking at tickets and the only ones for sale are at the very top of the top deck... can you buy those out-right or do you have to be a member of iptay?

Like I am looking at the FSU game and there are some available for $70 a piece but the ticket type is IPTAY. What does that mean if I try to buy them there?

Okay thanks. Im not sure I want to go that route but I may not have a choice. I sat Top deck at Auburn 2011 and had a good time. Nothing wrong with the view where I was.
