the out-of-bounds call had not been made. y my account, it would have been 14-13 State midway through the 3rd qtr. How does that translate into a State win?

That's my thoughts too.

I mean, who knows what would have happened had they scored...Maybe it's like the UGA game where we come right back with a TD, and tie it up (2pt conversion). It's impossible to tell, lots of things could have happened had that play been a NC State TD.
