Not a P&R post but the beer of the evening.

Very tasty with this BLTGCC sandwich. (BLT + guacamole, cheese, chicken salad)

Having Red Thai Curry and cold beer here. Plus I think there’s some leftover wings from the disappointing pizza place yesterday that I will somehow stuff into my gullet.

Sourdough toast, smear the guac on like mayo, then just stack the sammich

Chicken salad has just mayo, dill pickle relish and Lowrys none of that fancy grapes or cranberries or nuts

Great way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken


This beer is a nice mix of old school bitter and new citrus haze
