Our playoff semifinal opponent hadn't played in a conference championship game. Frankly, it didn't matter in the first 2, and there's no conspiracy, just an interesting observation.

I noticed this too. Just bad luck, not a conspiracy. But I'd still rather play ND in round one than OU.
