there was a Mayberry episdode where Barney was going to be the lead soloist in the choir, until they found out he was absolutely tone deaf. Sooo, Andy came up with the idea of telling Barney that he was singing way too loud. WAAAAAAY TOOOO loud, and he kept telling Barney just to barely sing.They eventually got Barney to sing so softly, that they were ably to dub over his voice with a MAGNIFICENT baritone singer, who was hidden behind the stage. Well, they hatched the plan, and Barney just whispered into the microphone, and this wonderful sound came over the speaker which utterly amazed everyone, INCLUDING Barney. He could not believe how well he was doing, but he, Barney was as proud as he could be!
Anyway, Hugh Freeze reminds me of Barney.

I have to work at a Dr's office down in Myrtle Beach about once a month. I usually eat at Little Pigs BBQ b/c its the only thing close by. And every time I go in there, they have a TV with the Andy Griffith show playing. And that episode was on the last time I was down there!
