Cliff Notes:
Lochte says he got robbed at gunpoint by man posing as police.
Says he took their wallet
IOC says he's a liar right away but never talked to him
Brazil investigates. Says they found nothing but have Lochte on video coming back in to village.
He puts items into bucket but no wallet was put into the bucket.
They say this proves he was lying.
Even though he never filed a complaint, judge orders him taken into custody and his passport taken.
But Lochte has already left the country.
