Even with a W in Greenville, we know the starter they're throwing out Sunday has been legit so far & hits/runs will probably be at a premium against him. Defenfing the home turf tonight was critical IMO to getting the series W this year. That 2nd inning was as bad of baseball that could've been played & then we couldn't buy a hit to get someone across after we chipped into the lead. Then the aggressive baserunning didn't pay off & definitely cost us a run in the 1st. Our boys let 1 get away tonight & that might cost them the series this year. Hope I'm wrong but the gut feeling ain't too good after tonight.

Don't forget we lost the first one the past 4 years and still won the series.

Not ready to concede the series but this one stung because with our pitching, we could have beaten them easily. Couldn’t bye that clutch two outs hit when we needed.

That’s baseball. We had two deep fly balls that could have been homers. We got a young team. It’s going to be a frustrating day at times this year... and baseball averages against good teams say we’re do for a series loss.
