While I understand that he is saying we can improve, saying something will come with time discounts the urgency.

Not everyone learns at the same pace. A coach can't just say, "do this better" and expect it to happen overnight. That's not how life works.

:) Chad Morris is honest and calls it like he sees it. He normally does not care if someone likes his comments... when they stink he will tell you they stink!
If fixing some things take time,,, then he says that too!
