Orange or Cotton?

If Bama stays #1 and we stay #2 which would we go to? Would it depend o. #3 and #4?

Saw some talking heads project us to Cotton if Bama stays 1 and Okie gets #4. Is that because Bama would see the Cotton as too close to Okie?

Does #1 seed get choice? Or is it proximity? I've booked airfare to Miami with travel insurance already. I just assumed we would be in Orange

.... since it was our first bowl game ever and that was way back in 1940.

Not sure how the average Clemson fan planning on attending feels though.

Cotton Bowl is a much better venue! Easy to travel to Dallas via any airline and tickets are reasonable. Hope we spread the Clemson word in Texas again and show up in droves. We will be there for sure. Time to mix up venues so fans can see a different town than Miami!!!

We were the number one seed last year

and we played Alabama in New Orleans.

I believe Heather Dinich said yesterday if Alabama is the one seed and Oklahoma, the number 4 seed the committee would play that game in Miami because a Dallas location would favor Oklahoma.

Why wasn't those "rules" enforced last year?

They were - Dabo chose New Orleans due to the day you lose
