I saw someone on facebook asking why the Clemson team bus is currently Washington, District of Columbia. Does anyone know why? He took the picture less than a hour ago

Traffic was stopped, of course, and right there out the window beside me is a gorgeous tiger paw in a place I least expected. I really thought I was having an out of body experience. Was the best thing I saw in the city that day
