don't think that is true. he can be hired as an asst without any penalty if he was hired by a school as their HC, he'd have to sit 2 games.

The NCAA just gave him a failure to monitor, and stated he wasn't at the forefront of the violations and actually had a good compliance record. Basically it seems like he threw his assistants to the wolves.
That said, he only serves a 2 game ban if hired as a head coach prior to November 30, 2018. He could be the OC at Bama, or anywhere else, and not serve any suspensions.

If this is true it proves that Saban will dance with the devil to win a football game or get a recruit.
I would really like to see a comparison of former Clemson players coached by Dabo vs Bama players coached by Saban , to see where they are in life and how successful they have been after leaving their respective schools.
I believe Clemson’s former players would show just how different our culture is compared to bama’s. I would be willing to bet those who were coached by Dabo vs Saban have been more successful than saban’s former players and are have more moral values than those former Bama players.
