Skill players will cover 10 yards in 1.2 - 1.5 seconds so

2 or 3 steps will be under 1 second. The ball was coming loose very quickly AND the WR never secured the ball to his body.

It is actually a reasonable and could argue good call for someone who understands physics and human motion.

The official in the booth said this in the beginning with no hesitation. When they slowed it down i looked like he had control because of his hands are so strong and you can do not see bobble. If this was a catch then so was dobbins in the end zone which nobody is arguing.

You can rest assured, if a Clemson player had recovered it

for a 1st down, the bucknuts would still be arguing that it was an incomplete pass!

That might be the quickest complete pass and then fumble in the history of football.

ESPN did show it several times at full speed and made the argument that the full speed review told the real story

That's a pretty amazing clip. At normal speed, and from that angle, it's obviously not a catch.

If you change your YouTube playback speed to 0.25X, it looks entirely different (like a catch and fumble). But here's news for Herbie, Fowler, and the rest of folks arguing for it to be a fumble: FOOTBALL IS PLAYED AT REAL SPEED!!!

I still think it was a Pass Int

He was on his back before the ball got there. If he had got any closer, he would had to use a rubbe#.
