all that maybe true....but what cost us this game is bad officiating which gave Pitt at least 14 points in this game.....it is what it is but officials need to be held accountable because this loss is on them.....Go Tigers!!!

I agree. I think you underestimate the momentum those refs gave to the game on bogus calls. Those were literally game changers. Either way a great Clemson team would have overcome bad refs. A great coaching staff would not have run 2 sweeps to get a yard. And a great quarterback would not have thrown 2 picks in the red zone. You can't go to the playoffs by just being a good Clemson team.

blame the refs if you want but that is a BS excuse. Should have never been that close. Tigers have been playing with fire all year with all the turnovers and the run game being crap. Been lucky with it all year. Got lucky with it against State. Luck ran out today. If you want to blame something blame Watson for 2 ints in the end zone, blame the D for playing like #### and letting them be 100% in the red zone, and blame the Oline for not blocking for #### in the run game. 2 downs for 1 yard to seal the win and couldn't do it.
Blaming the refs makes you sound like Card fans. Plenty of blame to go around that had a lot more to do with it than the refs.

Refs were bad, but you cannot call that terrible run call on 3rd and the decide to go for it on 4th. DW has to be smarter that what he did. That out cost the Tigers the game combined with Dabos boneheaded call to go for it on 4th at that field position.

The refs definitely hurt us huge in the game but we just went to the well way too many times this year...eventually all the turnovers cost us a game ...

I never post - just read others posts, but I watch every game religiously. It's true that the Tigers have made mistakes and had way too many close games. I've said if they keep it up, their luck is going to run out. This was not about luck. This was not about bad play. DESPITE the interceptions and the poor defensive play, they deserved to win this game. I was at the homecoming game - they really did not deserve to win that game....they lucked out. This is different - those officials robbed them on a win, and someone needs to be held accountable and lose his job. That was incompetence.
