With probably several million dollars of CD's, books, DVD's, etc. Dude was definitely running an operation out of it.

Right next to the #### DVD section is a huge walk in shower with three shower heads. You could fit like 5 people in it. And there were women living there, or at least working there, or both, which I found to be amazing, disturbing, and disgusting.

I'd buy it right now at the asking price if it comes "as is". You'd bank 300% on selling the DVD's and CD's in it.

20 box's of George Hamilton's "Zoro the Gay blade", 18 thermostats for a 1993 Ford Taurus 4 cyl (NOT the 1994 model though), 8 copies of "The intro to endocrinology, vol. 3" (volume 7 is what is selling at book stores, 25 road atlases for western europe, v1994, and a 6v marine light switch.
