There’s an elephant in the room

[1]
Posted: Apr 27, 2019 10:54 PM

And no ones talking.

BV got “0” $ pay increase, just another year, as reported by this web site.

A national championship, stellar defense...crushed Bama...

Dabo got an astronomical increase...fair enough if his staff are also rewarded.

How does this happen?

And why is no one asking?

I would venture to guess every vote this guy ever got

was from himself and his other fake Tiger handles. If someone wanted I'm sure they could go through his post history and find them, and then the mods could ban all of them.

Facts are BV is well paid and openly stated being happy here. He’s gotten his big contract so now was the time to take care of the HC and keep in Clemson. BV wants to stay at Clemson and is paid accordingly. Not sure if your original post was a bad troll effort or just a lack of understanding BV, either way not a good attempt.

BV should have gotten a raise proportional--percentage-wise--to Dabo's, IMO.

If he's a dawg troll, he'll choke by the end of this thread.

If a coot troll, he'll lose this thread then say "wait till next thread".

And U R a flaming liberal so we’re even.

I’m an All in Tiger ‘72, what year did you finish at CU.

I am grateful that BV is our DC, and am asking why DRad didn’t recommend an increase for BV for a job well done???

He got 2 raises last year

and was said to be excited about it and he'll probably
get another one next year. Read the 5th paragraph in
the link I posted below or better yet, here it is again.

+1 for "flaming liberal". LOL - preach it brother.

BTW: BV should be pampered a lot. What he's doing is unbelievable. We don't make ANY CFP's if we do not have BV.

BV’s contract was done same time as Dabo. Check the facts.

Well, there was an elephant in the room, but that was 3 1/2 months ago. This is what happens when you leave your elephant in a room full of Tigers.

This was Dabo’s contract year. Brent has his last year and it covers this year. Next year will be Brent’s and the assistant coaches year again. They got pay increases but not what a new contract will bring

I believe we have the highest assistant coach payroll in all of college football. Trolls and idiots will always try to create problem but Dabo not paying his staff is ludicrous.

It is actually possible that he didn’t want an increase. The way Dabo has operated in the past he wouldn’t let a coordinator get slighted for his raise. There may be more to the story such as maybe next year is bvs year to get paid. But it is actually possible that bc said nope I’m good where I’m at. I actually don’t have a problem with the question you asked except that I do have a problem that you assume bv is getting slighted and that may not be the case.

The real mystery is how South Carowhina fans can collectively be so ignorant about everything it takes to run a football program?

Terms like "deferred compensation" are confusing to you guys.

Brent Venables gets it, and so do we. Best of luck.
