Does a feature on walk-Ina on Gameday showing coaches awarding scholarships from teams all over but failed to show Renfrow. Talk about burying the lead. Good grief he only caught 4 TD's in the last two championships including the legendary game winner. Idgits!

Every walk on shown got their scholarship THIS YEAR!!! Renfro has been on Scholarship since the 2015 season. Every playoff touchdown he caught was caught after he was awarded a scholarship. There is conspiracy and you make yourself and Clemson look stupid spouting idiotic ########.

When did I say anything about conspiracies, ESPN having out to get Clemson, etc.? How'd you do on the SAT reading comprehension section? Not too good.
All I was pointing out is the cool angle of the national championship closing play being a pass from a 5* QB to a former walk-on wideout. It sets up THIS year's walk on presentations perfectly.
Also, your attitude is not very Clemson like. I guess every family has folks like you. Go away.

The point of your post was to bash ESPN for not pointing out the Clemson angle. Conspiracy, hate Clemson, whatever you want to call it, it adds to the long history of people on Tigernet finding the Boogeyman behind every corner when it comes to ESPN.

I'm more surprised they didn't show Will Spiers getting his since they were showing only ones that happened this year. Renfrow was awarded his several years ago

I don't think they necessarily needed to show Renfrow receiving his scholarship, but it would have been a good way to illustrate the impact of walk-ons. It's not like ESPN didn't make a big deal out of him being a former walk-on the last two years. Also, I agree with you that they could have shown Will Spiers.
