There is ZERO reason to play Watson in

Dec 7, 2014, 8:45 PM

This bowl. None. Zilch. Just get him healed for next year. Stoudt will enjoy his final game as a tiger and let's hope he goes out a winner.

The reason is to win, and winning is the goal

However, I feel that the risk/reward is not there. So you win a middle tier bowl against an 8-4 team. I know 10 wins looks good, but 15 wins in 2015 looks even better.

exactly sure winning games is great..

but this game means nothing..having a healthy watson at the start of next season far exceeds a meaningless bowl win

No brainer, get Watson started on re-hab!

I would want to see Watson, but if he get hurt more is it worth it, possible career ending injury is not worth the risk! This is a different decision then last week! Have surgery, get him started on rehab & get ready for next year!

If our #1 ranked defense can't hold the Sooners down then so be it!
