I'm pretty sure it has been pushed out. They are still going to do it, but I don't know if they'll start right after the season or wait for another year.

not surprise me to see projects like the stadium expansion keep on getting pushed back indefinitely. Unlike the guvmint, colleges can't just print more money to continue to operate.

Expansion means bigger which is not the case. Upgrade would be a better term.
