The vault idea is still the best way

to protect the Rock from vandalism.

A concrete vault with a steel diamond plate purple door with an orange paw on it that
slides back to let the pedestal supporting the Rock slowly rise form the vault

The "Raising of the Rock"

It would add so much drama to the entrance.
It is beyond a great idea

And the best part...no more vandals will have access to it.

The door can be fitted with an alarm system if any tampering to it is done.

CU has to get a better system to protect its most valued tradition!

It's hard to make the Clemson entrance any better but that would make it far and beyond any other without a doubt.

We'd never hear the end of the mocking from the mouthbreathers. There would have to be a fool-proof way of making it come up.
