What exactly is football team playing for now?

Of course I am disappointed about last nite's game. So are all Tiger fans. The loss was bad but also embarrassing. Tigers were never in game. The loss removes the chance of both NC and ACC Championship. So what are Tigers playing for with 5 regular season games left? Maybe beating SC and a Peach Bowl bid?

FSU has every chance to be in Pasadena, especially if they get through the rest of the season with minimal injuries. Given how lights out they played last night, I would be shocked if they had any upsets along the way. Miami should be an easy target, and Florida is a total mess this year. If FSU does take the #3 spot today, and they should, they are prime for the NC. Leaving us the OB.

Going 11-1 and getting some luck. Bama wasn't undefeated in its last 2 national championships. They didn't even win the SEC in 2011. There's a lot of football left and plenty to play for.

So would it be correct to assume that the probable way for Tigers to get to a BCS bowl is for Florida State to play in NC game?
