Poll: What does Clemson do with Brownell?

$3.5 million buyout for this and next season. He gets a $100k raise next year and the year after.

He's done. Get rid of him to get a jump on a new coach.
Let him finish the season, but he's done.
Let's see how the rest of the season plays out.
Give him another year.
He's the best Clemson will ever get in basketball.

then he earns another year. If not, then he's gone. That's what I said before the season, and it still holds.

My gut tells me that Brownell is done at Clemson. I think that both Brownell and the players know it at this point - you can just see it in their eyes and feel it like a weight around their necks.

That's the way I feel about it.

last year. D-rad will have a meeting with Brownell and give him one more year.
He'll lay out four changes that have to be made within the program.
One of them will be a sports psychologist. Brownell will have to meet with
successful coaches. I don't remember the other two the baseball team had to
do, but you get the point. Brownell will be here one more year, without his best
player. You do the math.

I agree with you. No NCAA Tournament this year means Brad is gone.

The only other scenario that could possibly save his job would be a deep NIT run, but even then I don't think it would be enough.
